So I was just flipping around on the interent and saw that "The Lovely Bones" is being turned into a movie. I had heard a rumor about this but didn't know that it was really happening. I don't see this working at all! Don't get my wrong the book was amazing, one of the best that I have ever read. But I can't see it transfering to the big screen in any way. I am scared to see this movie with the thought that it will completely destory the book. I wish I had more friends on here so I can hear other peoples opinions...

Did you ever end up reading the lovely bones? I can't remember if you did you must tell me what you think of this becoming a movie. I think it said it was coming out in January.
